You'llvisitHospitalspecialists andestablishlong-term relationships with key clients, driving sales performance and supporting the prescription of life-changing medicines.

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible to implement brand strategy in the accounts under their responsibility

  • EngageHospitalhealthcare professionals in discussions about approved prescription indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to supportappropriate patientprescriptions.

  • Develop local strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Drive sales performance, ensuring forecasts and budgets meet or go above and beyond for the therapeutic area and territory.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of market demographics and related sales information within the assigned territory.

  • Adhere to regulationsregardinginteractions with healthcare professionals

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience as Sales Representative (3 years minimum)

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of specific company products, therapeutic classes, and patient needs.

  • Relationship Building: Ability toestablishlong-term relationships with key healthcare professionals.

  • Communication Skills: Proficient in engaging with healthcare providers about product indications, efficacy, and safety profiles.

  • Sales Strategy: Proficient in developing local strategies and business plans in collaboration with Sales Managers to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Market Awareness: Deep knowledge of market demographics and related sales information within the assigned territory.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to regulationsregardinginteractions with healthcare professionals

  • Result-Oriented: Strong strive to meet or surpass sales performance expectations.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience as Sales Representative in hospital setting

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in different market conditions or therapeutic areas.
